CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) –
The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested 19-year-old Ce’Matizea Andrews late Friday night for the murder of 9-year-old Saniyah Nicholson.
According to U.S. Marshals, Andrews was hiding out in a residence near the 3500 Block of Randolph Road in Cleveland Heights where he was arrested without incident.
Nicholson was with her sister in their mother’s car when a fight broke out into a shooting between two groups of individuals, including Andrews and 19-year-old Devontae Nettles, police say.
Caught in the crossfire, Nicholson reportedly suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
