Tamar Braxton breaks down while working things out with sister Traci in the season finale of “Braxton Family Values.”
In Season Six, which first premiered in March, fans witnessed Toni land a movie role, but she also had to shift her wedding date with rap star Birdman. Meanwhile, Towanda was hiding her relationship while Trina’s was getting serious, and shocking turn of events put Traci in a difficult spot. Additionally, Tamar’s secrets were revealed when mom Evelyn spilled the tea to the press.
After an intense season of feuding, the Braxtons turn to Iyanla Vanzant as a last-ditch effort to repair their broken relationship.
In the season 6 finale clip above, Tamar and Traci have an emotional conversation in an attempt to reconnect.
While choking back tears, Tamar tells Traci, “Forgive me for not showing you compassion and sympathy when you really needed it.” The singer apologizes for not being the shoulder for Traci to cry on “wholeheartedly” during her difficult times, per hollywoodlife.com.
Tamar continues, “I’m so sorry because I know you needed that.”
Traci then says to Tamar, “Forgive me for not being there for you, for not knowing you was hurting.”
“I love you so much,” she adds, and Tamar cries.
Tamar begs Traci to forgive her as well and Traci does just that.
