Dee Barnes was the host of ‘Pump It Up’ back in the day until the fateful interview that changed her life forever. After conducting an interview with rapper Ice Cube after he left NWA, because Dr. Dre didn’t like what was said on the show he allegedly beat up Dee Barnes that led to her being black balled from the entertainment industry, then led to her being homeless.
But it’s a new day filled with new blessing’s and because she spoke her truth in front of a live audience on The Wendy Williams Show her blessings are being brought into view.
Wendy Williams who has a new view on life and because of her own struggles is now blessing Dee Barnes with a future that should have been had before. Wendy Williams who had been aware of Dee Barnes story back in the day blessed the ex-television host with the promise of publishing the book she is writing plus more.
