Chile, mercury retrograde is alive and well this afternoon as 100 Clevelanders got flat tires after a truck lost its load of metal across I-77.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, a portion of Interstate 77 North in Cleveland is shut down north of Pershing Avenue with traffic backed up to Harvard Avenue.
