98 Ohio Dispensaries Can Start Selling Recreational Weed On Tuesday
It’s been a long time coming, but for millions of marijuana smokers in Ohio, the long wait is almost over.
Recreational sales of marijuana can begin for 98 dispensaries starting Tuesday, August 6. The dual-use licenses have been granted to existing medical marijuana facilities.
Customers who wish to purchase recreational marijuana will need to be at least 21 years old with valid state-issued identification.

Nectar in Euclid is one of many dispensaries in Ohio who received the green light for recreational sales.
According to the FOX 8 report, Nectar and many other marijuana facilities will be cash only. Also, there will be a 10% state tax on all marijuana purchases.
