Christian Combs, the son of music icon Diddy, has been officially served with legal documents in connection to a sexual assault lawsuit, according to In Touch. The paperwork was delivered to Diddy’s Miami mansion, where Christian was reportedly staying.

The lawsuit was filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, who alleges that while working as a stewardess aboard a yacht called Victorious in July 2022, she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Christian. Grace claims the yacht’s atmosphere was “hedonistic” and described Christian’s behavior as aggressive and inappropriate, saying he pressured her to drink and later groped and cornered her during the trip.
Grace further alleges that the assault has left her with lasting emotional trauma, contributing to the end of her relationship and ongoing mental health struggles.
Her attorney, Tyrone Blackourn, shared earlier this year that Diddy was aware of the allegations and had sent him images of Grace’s injuries back in April. This development comes as Diddy faces other legal battles, including federal charges and multiple lawsuits, further complicating the family’s legal landscape.
This is a developing story, stay tuned for updates
