BREAKING NEWS TOM JOYNER ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT in 2020. What can I say where do I begin this guy has been a part of my life since childhood. Starting with his AM radio show on wjpc Chicago waking up and starting our day we always listened to Tom Joyner. Then he revolutionized the game by holding down two cities and two jobs simultaneously in Chicago and Dallas. That was the birth of the fly jock. My first goal was to be a part of one of his legendary Sky shows I would attend them whenever they were in Chicago or a city I was performing in. Then once I finally got the call to do one I was assigned a limo ride from the hotel with Tom himself. I remember him saying you’re finally working you’ve been around a long time. This made me know that he was aware of my presence but I wasn’t ready for primetime. My next goal was to get on one of those amazing cruises. I achieve that and have never left. The ultimate goal of this story was to be a guest on the air of the Tom Joyner Morning Show. Once that happened I knew I had arrived I had 2 wishes to be on the TJMS and to be in Jet Magazine I achieved both. Then I got the call of a lifetime when I was offered the opportunity to do seriously ignorant news and be a weekly fixture on the show this has rejuvenated my career expanded my reach and help me provide for my family I am eternally grateful to mr. Tom Joyner personally professionally and as an African American. Oh oh oh oh it’s the Tom Joyner Morning Show we are going to ride these last two years till the wheels fall off God bless @flyjocktomjoyner
