Alicia Keys is reportedly spending $12 million to purchase Eddie Murphy’s old New Jersey estate Bubble Hill, where she will live with her producer husband Swizz Beatz and their two-year-old son Egypt.

The singer is reportedly on the verge of closing on the property as well as two acres of land behind the estate nestled in Englewood, according to the New York Daily News.

A local real estate source close to the deal told the paper: ”The closing has been delayed for months but they’re almost there. When she closes, she’ll buy the two-acre lot behind the house, too.”

Alicia appears to be getting a good deal on the five-acre brick mansion, which went on the market for $30 million seven years ago. The property comes with a private recording studio, a wood-clad spa containing multiple stations for hair and makeup, marble fireplaces, an indoor pool and a bowling alley.

It won’t be the first time Alicia has invested in a house from a celebrity.  She paid $14.5 million on Lenny Kravitz’s 16-room Crosby Street loft in 2010. She put that on the market for $17.95 million in March.
