So much for giving people the benefit of the doubt in knowing better, according to The New York Times all black women must really do look alike.
On Monday night’s broadcast during the Emmys, The New York Times released their list of winners, losers, presenters. It was within the Tuesday’s print showing Rachel Brosnahan accepting her award from Tiffany Haddish and the “Queen” Angela Bassett that the caption incorrectly named Angela Bassett as Omarosa, who in fact wasn’t even at the awards.
It might be time for The New York Times to consider hiring some people who know the people are; if you know what I mean.
