CLEVELAND– Private funeral services are being planned for 3-year-old Emilliano Terry.
A day and time are not being released.
Emilliano’s mother, Camilia Terry, is accused of murder.
The 20-year-old was charged in a 10-count indictment Monday. Charges include aggravated murder, two counts of murder and two counts of child endangering.
Terry reported that her son disappeared from a Cleveland park November 25.
But, investigators say, the little boy’s body was thrown out in the trash.
Camilia Terry remains behind bars on $2 million bond.
