Horseshoe Casino Reopens Following Closure Due to Bitter Cold Temperatures

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The Horseshoe Casino reopened its doors at 4 p.m. Tuesday after shutting down in the wee hours of the morning Monday.
According to the casino, the sub-zero temperatures caused a water pipe to burst overnight inside the casino, affecting the food court area on Level Two.
