BAY VILLAGE, Ohio – Complaints have been filed against the five teenagers accused of performing the “Ice Bucket Challenge” on an autistic teen, but instead used urine and tobacco spit.
A video with the purported images was captured shortly before the start of the school year on Aug. 18.
The event was reported to Bay Village Police on Sept. 3.
Three of the juveniles have been charged with two counts of Delinquency, Assault and Disorderly Conduct.
The other two juveniles were each charged with a one count of Disorderly Conduct.
