WTF! An 8yr Old Kid Takes A 9mm Gun to School And Sells It To Classmate!

New York cops arrested an 8-year-old boy after he brought a loaded 9-mm gun to school and sold it for $3 to a classmate. Police also arrested the boy’s father, 54-year-old Ignacio Galvin.

Police say the third-grader who bought the gun thought it was a toy and brought it home. His mother realized it was a real gun when he showed it to her in their home.

Galvin and his son face criminal possesion of a weapon charges. Galvin also faces a charge related to acting in a manner to injure a minor.

Police would not confirm a report that the serial number had been scratched off of the weapon.
