The Cleveland Browns introduced their new NFL draft pick, Baylor’s Phil Taylor, during a late afternoon news conference on Friday and get this, HE WANTS TO BE HERE!
“When I came here on my visit, it felt like home. I wanted to be a Brown. When they called, it was like a dream come true,” said Taylor.
