CLEVELAND – Two men are dead after an overnight shooting at the Top Cats bar on East 67th Street and St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland, according to Cleveland police.
One victim is 33 years old, the other is in his 20s, police said.
One of the victim’s reportedly had just won $15,000 in the lottery and was celebrating his good fortune.
A person of interest is in custody.
The names of the victims have not yet been released.
