Halle Berry can breathe a little easier now that her stalker is legally required to steer clear of her for years to come.
The New York Daily News reports that Halle has been granted a three-year restraining order against Richard A. Franco, who snuck onto her property three times in one weekend last month.
Halle didn’t have to be in the courtroom when a Los Angeles Superior Court judge approved the legal action, which makes it illegal for Richard to come within 100 yards of Halle and her 3-year-old daughter Nahla.
Richard is currently in lockup on charges of felony stalking and burglary after trespassing three times, including one incident when Halle claims he almost followed her into her house.
