Fantasia Barrino, who recently revealed she’s pregnant with her second child, was hit with a $25,000 lawsuit last month. She is being sued by a collection company of behalf of U.S. Bank for allegedly owing them money.
The lawsuit is asking for $25,057.02 plus 10% interest per year dating back to May 2009. Neither party would go into detail involving the suit.
This is not the first time Fantasia has had money problems. In January 2009, she faced foreclosure on her home before making payments at the last minute.
Hopefully Fantasia can get this all straightened out before the birth of her new baby.
