Longtime friends Johnny Gill and S2S Publisher Jamie Foster Brown sat down together to discuss his upcoming marriage and his New Edition group member Bobby Brown.
Johnny, whose fiancée Carissa also joined in on the conversation, emphasized that he only intends to walk down the aisle once. The 40-something singer doesn’t plan to allow the age difference between him and Carissa to put a strain on their relationship.
However, he admitted that “it’s a lot of things that comes with that that could be challenges.”
Johnny also discussed the challenges he faced with Bobby Brown, who he helped back up when he was down.
“This is my little brother. No matter what people say, what you think. I could not, would not and couldn’t stand by and watch him … at his lowest,” Johnny said.
