Join Mayor Cervenik, members of City Council and guests gathered Friday for an historic ground breaking event.
Officials met at Henn Mansion in Sims Park and broke ground for the first phase of construction related to the Euclid Waterfront Improvements Plan.
officials say the project will enhance the Sims Park portion of the lakefront and expand the existing fishing pier.
