MAYFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio – Progressive auto insurance is looking to lower Cleveland’s unemployment rate by hiring hundreds of people to fill open positions in the sales, service and claims departments.
The company boasts on-site medical facilities and massage services, a casual dress code, performance bonuses, fitness center, and yoga classes for all employees, plus more.

Phone reps will sell policies, answer customer questions or help customers file accident claims. The positions require work experience in customer service.
Progressive offers paid training for all positions. Workers also receive medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
In all, Progressive will hire 337 to fill open positions.
