The Game, known more for his off stage drama than his actual music, is taking a trip down the aisle soon and it will all be filmed for a new reality show. The rapper has teamed up with 51 Minds Entertainment to create a new series centered around his decision to get married and all the hoopla surrounding the planning of the wedding. The show will also portray The Game, who was caught on video spitting on a female fan earlier this year, in a positive light as a devoted family man.
Back in October 2011, he proposed to his long time girlfriend and baby’s mother Tiffany Cambridge at her job. He later told MTV, who was on deck with cameras:
As a man, this is that day where you throw your player card away and you kinda gotta step up and be a family man, and she deserves it. It’s been a long run, and we’ve been together at least seven years. We’ve been off, we’ve been on, we’ve been arguing, we fought. We had good times and bad times, and I think that at the end of the day, as a man, this is something that I owed to her and I owed to my family, so it was time.
Judging from his instagram, The Game is a very good father to his kids. Hopefully, the show works out for him. 51 Minds Entertainment has brought to life shows like ‘Flavor of Love’, ‘For The Love of Ray J’, ‘Lala’s Full Court Life’ and ‘TI and Tiny: The Family Hustle’.
