EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
East Cleveland Police are looking for a man who they say is one of the most dangerous fugitives they’ve ever dealt with.
“He’s only 21 years old and has an extensive record of violence,” says Detective Dshaun Thompson if the East Cleveland Police.
19 Action News Reporter Scott Taylor has learned that Marlin Koonce, 21, is responsible for one shooting in which the victim almost died.
Early Monday morning, there was another shooting and Koonce was implicated.
Police have talked to Koonce on the phone several times, and each time he promises to surrender or will provide a bad address on his whereabouts.
