Chris Brown says Con Air flights are not his style. The 24-year-old entertainer, who is currently residing in the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles, is begging a judge to let him fly from L.A. to D.C. as a free man.

According to TMZ, the judge who put Brown behind bars ordered he travel via the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System to nation’s capitol, where he’s scheduled to appear in court for a separate assault case on April 17.

However, there’s one big problem: Chris’ legal team insists that their client is not a prisoner. Lawyer Mark Geragos paid the judge a visit today and argued “that to put Chris on a Con Air flight would deprive him of his right to spend necessary time with his lawyer so he can prepare for courtroom battle.”
