CLEVELAND – Traffic lights are out in a region spread across over 100 blocks in Cleveland, police report.
Officers are responding to the area of E. 55th to E. 89th Streets at Carnegie, Chester, Superior and Euclid Avenues in Cleveland for traffic signals that are out. The department does not specify how many lights are out.
