BATH TWP., Ohio – LeBron James’ neighbors got a sweet treat for enduring the sour conditions over the past few weeks leading up to his decision to return home to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The card accompanying the cupcakes read in part: “Dear Friend, We know things have been hectic in the neighborhood these past few weeks. We are so thankful to live in this wonderful community and we are so blessed to have understanding neighbors like you.”
The gesture referenced the crowds of fans and media that lined the streets during the days leading up to and following his decision to return home.
David Galehouse lives on Fryman Drive, a street away from LeBron’s, and was really appreciative of the gesture.
“I thought it was really great of him to do that. He’s never done anything like that in the past.”
