CLEVELAND – Labor Day is the unofficial end of the summer–and what a summer it’s been for Cleveland!

Tons of announcements have people pumped up about what’s heading our way.

“It’s a great day for the city of Cleveland and for all northeast Ohio,” said Cleveland 2016 Host Committee Chair Terry Egger back in July.

That’s when we all found out the Republican National Convention was coming here in 2016. Billions invested in downtown helped attract the 3-day major political event that promises a bigtime boost to the economy.

On the heels of the RNC, Cleveland got King James back.

“It’s great, great opportunity for the city of Cleveland and just the local economy and everything like that,” said Mitchell Perrine as he headed to a Tribe game today.
