Now about 140 days in to his mission to improve his health, he’s shed 70kg but gained a multitude of fans.
The last video Evans posted has been viewed 16 million times, received 500,000 likes on Facebook and, at last count, 73,000 comments. His page has more than 45,000 followers, with most posting encouraging comments on Evans’ videos.
Evans has a simple message for anyone who visits his page: “Please don’t judge me. If you don’t have nothing to say nice keep it to yourself. Get up get out and do something.”
By the looks of his Facebook profile — which shows significant weight loss — Evans is doing just that.
