CLEVELAND reports – A Cleveland city worker was shot three times on the city’s east side.

The victim was able to call 911 despite gunshot wounds to his hand, knee and femur.

Police identified the man as 45-year-old Alandis Gullatt, a house connection inspector with Cleveland Water Pollution Control.

Gullatt is listed in serious condition at MetroHealth Medical Center.

Police said Gullatt went outside to let his dog out and to warm up his car.

Gullatt told police the suspect who shot him was in the yard of a vacant house just south of his home. Read more of this story at newsnet5
