Cleveland City Council members on Thursday evening did not waste time getting to the issues that matter — namely, the city’s rising murder rate.
“I go to my job every day. I don’t think council and police are doing their job,” the first man to speak said.
“We come to you for help, but we don’t get it. So we have to take matters into our own hands,” another at the meeting commented.
