CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
An ESPN report released Friday afternoon said the Browns are expected to part ways with wide receiver Josh Gordon. The team has not confirmed the report.
The Browns announced via Twitter Thursday the wide receiver was entering rehab.
Cleveland Browns Head Coach Hue Jackson tried his best to shut down the Josh Gordon questions at the team’s news conference.
“Obviously, Josh is not here and is doing what he thinks he needs to do for his life, which we support 100 percent,” said Jackson. “Today is really the last Josh Gordon comment I want to make about that.”
Gordon has had his off-the-field trouble. He was suspended for the entire 2015 season.
