ASHTABULA, Ohio — Authorities are investigating a police-involved shooting in Ashtabula.
It happened early Friday at the 400 block of W. 38th Street.
Police responded to a call of an intruder with a gun holding a female resident at gunpoint. Three officers responded and encountered two men involved in a struggle inside the home. One of the men had a gun.
When an officer ordered the man to drop the gun, police say he failed to comply.
