CLEVELAND — Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson has joined a group of mayors across the country in the fight against climate change.
The Mayors National Climate Action Agenda will support the Paris Climate Agreement even though President Trump pulled the U.S. out of the world pact because he says he felt it would put the country at an economic disadvantage.
In Cleveland, there is already a plan in place to reduce greenhouse gas by 80 percent by 2050, according to a news release from the mayor’s office.
