Beyoncé’s fan base did not appreciate Madonna’s sense of humor after the “Material Girl” photoshopped herself into imagery from Bey and Jay-Z’s video for “Apesht.”.

On Friday, Madonna posted a shot from the video that shows the couple looking at art in the Louvre, but Photoshopped so that the Paris museum’s famous paintings were replaced with pictures of Madonna’s album covers.

Madonna captioned the shots: “Learning from the Master . . . lol.”

Welp, Madonna felt the wrath of the Beyhive, who promptly swarmed with stingers fully extended. The backlash was so bad that Madonna eventually edited the doctored pic to read, “Learning from the Teacher . . . lol.”

When the Beyhive’s buzzing didn’t stop, Madonna revised her post yet again, so that it read “Learning . . . lol.”
