A former Fox Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, has filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, workplace misconduct, and retaliation during her decade-long tenure at the network. The lawsuit names Fox Sports, FS1, several executives, and on-air personalities, including Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor, as defendants.
Faraji claims that Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon inappropriately touched her at a party and that Skip Bayless made repeated unwanted advances, including offering her $1.5 million for sex and making inappropriate comments about her cultural background.

Despite reporting incidents to HR, Faraji alleges her concerns were ignored, and retaliation followed. The lawsuit also accuses Taylor of mocking Faraji’s Persian heritage and targeting her professionally after their friendship soured. Faraji seeks class-action status, monetary damages, and a jury trial, alleging a “toxic and misogynistic culture” at the network. Fox Sports has not commented on the lawsuit, which echoes previous harassment claims against other major sports networks.
