We know Diddy’s done well for himself, but could he be joining the Billionaire Boys Club?
When Forbes compiled it’s list of the Future 400, entreprenuers they think have the serious potential to earn billions, Diddy was the only hip-hop head on the list. Not even Jay-Z made the cut, despite his substantial earning power and wise investments.
In Forbes‘ opinion, Diddy has gotten involved in business ventures and partnerships so shrewd that the publication belives he could see his net worth swell from its current standing at $550 million. Diddy wouldn’t even really have to double his income to reach the $1 billion mark.
According to Forbes, whether or not Diddy’s business status gets an upgrade depends on his deal with Ciroc Vodka.
When Diddy signed on to represent the beverage in 2007, Ciroc producer Diageo agreed to split the profits with Diddy. Ciroc really wasn’t selling that well at the time, but his endorsement has the brand on track to move more than 1 million cases by the end of the year.
