CLEVELAND – Cleveland Clinic officials celebrated the grand opening of the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center on Friday. The $25-million dollar facility was named in honor of the late Cleveland congresswoman.
The new health center is located on Euclid Ave. in East Cleveland and is designed to reach beyond traditional healthcare services and link patients and their families with community resources in one location.
Health Center employees say the goal is to give patients easy access to social, financial and healthcare services they need.
A community open house is set for Saturday, Oct.1. Health screenings, tours, activities and refreshments will be available. The event is free and open to the public.
