CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –

More problems at a Cleveland water treatment plant Friday morning.

The Chlorine alarm sounded once again at the Garrett A. Morgan Water Treatment Plant.

Although staff suspects it is a false alarm, the area was evacuated and tests were being done to ensure that no chlorine is present.

On Tuesday, October 18th, there was a small leak detected at the plant due to an equipment failure.

Hazmat crews responded and were able to clean up the leak quickly without any injuries or risk to the public.
