President Obama appeared on the Tonight Show Tuesday night and told Jay Leno that he wasn’t spending much time worrying about his potential Republican rivals, comparing the GOP race to Survivor. “I’m going to wait until everybody’s voted off the island,” he said. “Once they narrow it down to one of two, I’ll start paying attention.” Obama also discussed the death of Moammar Gadhafi, saying the dictator “had an opportunity during the Arab Spring to finally let loose of his grip on power and to peacefully transition into democracy. We gave him ample opportunity, and he wouldn’t do it. Leno also mentioned Gadhafi “Gadhafi had billions of dollars but didn’t spent much on education or health care for his people”, the host said. “So I I guess he was a Republican.”
