The latest controversial cast member of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, Charles Grant, is in trouble with the law AGAIN!
Last week, the 33-year-old ex-NFL player was arrested for writing bad checks. Cops in Colquitt GA nabbed him on November 28, 2011 for a felony offense because the amount on the check was over $500.
Oh now this is not the first time big boy has been in trouble with the law. The former defensive end for the New Orleans Saints was charged with involuntary manslaughter in 2008, following a fight outside a Georgia nightclub that resulted in the deaths of a pregnant woman and her unborn child after the woman was struck with a stray bullet.
Grant has always maintained that he had nothing to go with the fight, and in 2010 all criminal charges were dropped. As part of a plea deal, Grant agreed to plead no contest to a lesser charge and pay $20,000 in restitution to the police department to cover the costs of the investigation.
He and his fiance Marlo Hampton (above) NOW have matching mugshots. She too has had several run-ins with the law, from bad checks to assault! #WTFIcan’t!!!
This past Sunday, viewers just saw the couple appear on RHOA. You’ll recall all of the rumors about Grant dating NeNe a few months back –well on the show he spilled some of the beans. He says he did date NeNe once but she was so full of herself, he quickly walked away. “That turned me off,” he said. “That was a done dollar.”
You know the girls were allll wondering if that was the reason NeNe avoided the party because Charles was in the house. Meanwhile NeNe is out in LA shooting an episode for the FOX hit show GLEE playing a coach.
Speaking of shady and drama – remember the contractor who is building Sheree’s crib from the ground up? Well turns out he’s a FAKE! LOL
Sheree’s contractor, Andrew Washington, has been told to cease and desist! Why? Ya boy has been practicing as an architect without the proper license, by falsifying architectural seals on blueprints.

BMS has been told that VH1′s sister network BET recently held talks with Jackie. The chic has a book coming out next year about relationships and we’re told BET actually just wrapped up a pilot show with Jackie based largely on her book and doling out relationship!
