CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Congressman Dennis Kucinich is now officially in the race for the 9th District seat.
Kucinich turned in his papers Wednesday.
He had represented the 10th District, but with the re-districting, it will now be the 9th District.
Kucinich has been a member of the United States House of Representatives since 1997.
Joe Wurzelbacher, better known as Joe the Plumber, is running as a Republican in that district.
