Newark Mayor Cory Booker was in south jersey this week, in support of Shelly Adler, Congressional Candidate for New Jersey’s 3rd District. The energetic and very popular Booker touched on a variety of topics that will effect the 2012 elections, but made an interesting analogy when he compared Republicans to the late pop star Michael Jackson. Booker said Republicans reminded him of a famous Michael Jackson dance called the moonwalk, because they look like they’re moving forward on the issues, but are really moving backwards. Check out the video below, Booker even busts out the popular dance for the audience.
