Man shot in private parts on Cleveland's west side!

A man is in serious condition after being shot in the private parts on Cleveland’s west side on Wednesday, according to police.

Cleveland Police say the shooting happened at about 8:55 p.m. outside Al & B’s Bar-B-Que at West 152nd and Puritas avenues.

A NewsChannel5 crew on scene said a male teenager was placed in handcuffs at the location.

When crews arrived they spotted clothing at the scene. Police say the clothing is from paramedics taking off the victim’s clothes to help treat him.
