CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – For the second consecutive year the Browns will have three different starting quarterbacks in the season.
Browns head coach Mike Pettine has announced that rookie quarterback Connor Shaw has agreed to terms with the Browns and will be promoted from practice squad in time to start for the Browns this Sunday when they take on the Baltimore Ravens.
