Empire‘s Derek Luke has been receiving flack from followers who are critical of his 17-year marriage to wife Sophia Adella Luke (née Hernandez). Apparently some people are not pleased that he “married outside of his race,” and have no problem telling him as much.
Luke shot back at the detractors, writing, “…we’re in the year of 2015 & when should it be a ‘problem’ to date outside your race? Why is that an issue AGAIN?”
