A manhunt is underway for the killer of 3-year-old Major Howard, the Cleveland toddler who was shot and killed while sitting on a woman’s lap in a car on East 113th Street last week.

Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old Donnell Lindsey who they said shot the boy.
