According to an Associated Press report on ESPN.com, Nevada prosecutors are considering a felony drug charge against Lamar Odom, who was found unconscious in a brothel outside of Las Vegas last month.
Nye County District Attorney Angela Bello says that the sheriff’s office submitted the charge last week, and the prosecutor is considering whether it should be filed. The charge would be one count of unlawful use of cocaine or being under the influence of a controlled substance.
If charged, Odom could face up to four years in prison.
