HESSTON, KS (RNN) – At a news conference Harvey County Sheriff T. Walton confirmed four people are dead and 14 are injured in shootings at multiple sites in Hesston, KS, including a lawn care products factory.
The alleged shooter is dead and was an employee of Excel Industries in Hesston, one of the four shooting sites. Police have not yet released his name.
The shooter fired shots at two motorists en route to the plant Thursday afternoon. One person was shot in the shoulder and another in the leg.
