CLEVELAND – The gazebo where Tamir Rice was fatally shot will be taken down and moved to Chicago, according to Cleveland City Council.
Deconstruction of the gazebo will begin Wednesday at 9 a.m. by the Ozanne Construction company and Independence Construction.
