Dequantes Devontay Lamar better known as Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan passed away at the young age of 34 years old in his Atlanta, Georgia, home in September. There were many stories i.e. rumors as to what happened to Rich Homie Quan floating around. Now what is fact, according to the Fulton County Medical Examiner in Georgia, has been released.

Rich Homie Quan died of an accidental drug overdose from the combined effects of fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine and promethazine. The Medical Examiner’s report, obtained by TMZ, also notes Rich Homie Quan showed no signs of trauma when his body was found dead and examined
