Kenya Moore’s landlord is not about that “my tenants don’t play rent” life, and he wants Kenya out NOW.
The “Gone With the Wind Fabulous” star was sued for failing to pay her $3,999 rent in full for May; she was $848 short. So her landlord filed eviction documents in Fulton County, Georgia.
The owner of the six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Roswell is seeking rent for June and $2,500 in eviction fees and damages. The sheriff’s department posted the notice on Kenya’s home last Thursday. Kenya might be learning about this on Twitter because according to a source she has not been home to see the notice.
Welp.
Landlord Conya Williams says she’s gotten nothing but complaints since Kenya moved in the community specifically to film RHOA. It is being said that Conya Weems is OVER Kenya and all of her Fabulousness.
